Nov.27: As many as 53 writers who became famous through social media and Facebook's literary works launched a collection of 324 short stories, namely, Hridoymukhi Barnamala'. At the Guwahati Press Club auditorium this afternoon. The book was launched by Dr. Anjanjyoti Chowdhury, Riju Hazarika, Jyotirmay Gogoi, President of Hridayamukhi Barnamala, and Rabindramohan Sharma of the book publishing house. The book was launched by Riju Hazarika, who said that parables are like delicious dry rice—the smallest in appearance but its fragrance spreads far and touches the heart. Another inaugural speaker, Dr. Anjanjyoti Chowdhury, said that the organizers deserve to be thanked for coming forward to publish this innovative collection. Jyotirmay Gogoi, President of Hridaymukhi Barnamala, explained the journey to the publication of the book and said that parables are never separate from short stories. Gogoi said the U-turn is a characteristic of the parable.
