Assam Governor appoints 2 APSC new members.. In exercise of the Power conferred by Article 316 of the Constitution of India and Assam Public Service Commission(APSC) Regulation 1951 (as amended) ,the Governor of Assam has appointed has appointed Major General (Rtd.) Bhaskar Kalita as Member of APSC with effect from the date of taking over charge.. In a separate order,the Governor of Assam also appointed Deboraj Upadhaya,IPS(Rtd.) as Member of APSC with effect from the date of taking over charge
