In the notification No. Ect.293678/14 Dr Rovi Kota, IAS,Additional Chief Secretary to the Govt. of Assam Home&Political departments(including Passport,Prison etc) and Industries,Commerce & Public Enterprise is also posted as Additional Chief Decretary to the govt. of Assam,Power (E) Department as additional charges. In the order No Ect/293678/14-A Smt. Aruna Rajoria. IAS .Commissioner &Secretary.
Govt. of Assam, Environment & Forest and Development Commissioner,Hills Area is also posted as Commissioner &Secretary to the govr. of Assam,Information & Public Relations and Printing & Stationary as additional charges. In order No Ect/293678 /14 B Rakesh Kumar,IAS Commissioner & Secretary to the govt. of Assam,Fishery,Excise and Power (E) Departments and Chairman APDCL and APGCL is relieved from the charges of Commissioner & Secretary of the Govt.of Assam Power (E) drpartment. Other hand in a big devlopment Mr Rakesh Kumar IAS also posted as a new commissioner of Excise Assam in a notification of personal (A) Department, signed by Sectary Tanmoy Pratim Borgohain.
