49th Motiram Bora Football Tournament got underway.. The 49th Motiram Bora Football tournament started here at Khirode Boruah Stadium today amidst thrill and joy.Altogether, eight football teams of Cemtral Assam have participated in this tournament which was inaugurated by Jibon Chandra Konwar,CEM, Tiwa Autonomous Clouncil..In today's inaugural match, Ahotguri Sports Club defeated local outfit Bol Bom Football Club by 4 --2 goals via tiebreaker. After a goalless first half, Ahotguri Sports club scored the first goal by striker Max Trariyang with solo efforts. The goal was equalised by Prince of Bol Bom FC.The tribreaker method was used to determine the outcome of the match, as the match was held in a 1-1 draw at the scheduled time. In the tie breaker Ahotguri Sports Club boys netted 3 while Bol Bom materialised only one shot by Prince.
