Nagaon's Heroin Bust
In Nagaon, a recent operation spearheaded by Sub-Inspector Mitu Das and the Officer-in-Charge of Juria Police Station yielded impressive results. The Nagaon District Police successfully recovered 25 vials, containing approximately 13.52 grams of suspected heroin during a late-night operation. The accused has been taken into custody and will face legal proceedings. Confirming the operation, Nagaon police shared the details on social media, stating, "District Police team led by SI Mitu Das, OC Juria PS, recovered 25 Nos of vials filled with Suspected Heroin with a net weight of 13.52 Grams. The accused is arrested for further Legal Action."
Morigaon's Drug Seizure
In a separate operation, the Morigaon District Police acted on confidential information, resulting in the detention of an individual identified as Ahmad Ali from Bhelowguri. During this operation, law enforcement authorities seized a box containing heroin, with a weight of 10.11 grams (excluding the container). Morigaon police officially confirmed the development on social media, stating, "As per secret information, one person namely Ahmad Ali of Bhelowguri has been apprehended with one box of heroin drugs, weight- 10.11 gms (Without container)."
