The Agricultural Trade and Rural Transformation Project (APART) of Morigaon District Agriculture Department and Morigaon District Agriculture Office organized a 'Value Added Finance Conference' at Pabitora Hall, Morigaon today under the Samahar Project. Inaugurating the programme, Morigaon District Commissioner Devashish Sharma spoke about modern agricultural system, various schemes implemented by the agriculture department and farmers must move forward step by step.
The conference was attended by office bearers of various agricultural producer companies, Zonal Technical Managers, Assistant Technology Managers and progressive farmers of Nagaon, Darang and Morigaon districts. The program was conducted by  Morigaon District Agriculture Officer Ashok Kumar Sharma. District Nodal Officer of Agriculture Trade and Rural Transformation Project (APART) Tapan Kumar Brahma, Assistant Director of Agriculture Dr. Munin Sharma, Rang-Der Coordinator Himanshu Gayan, APART Economic Expert Fazlul Kabir Bora and Program Manager Anshuman Kakati, ESAF Project Manager Arnav Goswami, Chief Project Officer, Samonnati Pankaj Burman, Director General, State Bank of India, Punjab National Bank, Officers and Representatives of Kalgudi, Go Green etc. and District Agriculture Department and Agribusiness and Rural Transformation Project ( APART) officers and employees .
