Diwali, the Festival of Lights, brightened up the Etisalat Academy in Dubai. The big event, Deepavali Utsav 2023, was put on by the Friends of India group. Sponsored by Servo and Indian Oil, it was a huge hit, bringing in 10,000 people, with lots of families coming together to celebrate 'Unity in Diversity.'
For many years now, the UAE's Deepavali Utsav has been getting bigger and better. This year, it was the best one yet. The idea of 'Unity in Diversity' showed off the rich culture of India. The Indian Consulate supported it, and Servo from Indian Oil was the main sponsor. Satish Kumar Sivan, the Consul General of India, opened the festival, with help from S. Venkatesh and Viswajith N Nambiar from the Friends of India. The famous Bollywood actor John Abraham and the music genius Stephen Devassy were also there.
They also introduced two new high-quality Servo Lubricants for the Middle East. John Abraham, the star, was in charge of this special part of the event.
With over 10,000 people from the UAE and tourists, along with their families, the Deepavali Utsav 2023 was a big success. There were live shows by famous artists singing in different languages and traditional Indian games and dances from more than 15 Indian regions. Plus, there were food stalls with tasty dishes from all over India, making it a big celebration for everyone.
The Deepavali Utsav 2023, sponsored by FOI and Servo, really showed the cultural variety of India, celebrating 'Unity in Diversity.' It brought the joy and feeling of Diwali right to the center of the UAE and made a wonderful memory for everyone who came.
